You've heard it said that your body is a temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). One of the most important ways to take care of your temple is by being intentional about what you put in it.
One thing I struggle with is sugar! I put tons of it in my coffee and in my black tea. I crave chocolate more often than not. However, I notice that whenever I end a period of fasting I can't stand the level of sweetness in most of the things I usually love. That's because the time I went without retrained my taste buds.
What if that type of training wasn't just a once or twice a season thing but a lifestyle choice?
